We’re proud to offer handcrafted goods and Southern-made products shipped with care from our store to your door.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or handmade items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
    Delivery time may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at orders@woodbrothersstore.com.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

📦 Local Pickup (Coming Soon)

We’re working to bring back in-store pickup when we re-open our historic Green Pond location in 2025. Stay tuned!
