Do you manufacture your own products?
Yes! At Wood Brothers, we design and manufacture all of our products. We take pride in delivering high-quality, American-crafted items that reflect our commitment to durability and craftsmanship.
Is everything you sell in stock and ready to ship?
Most items listed on our website are in stock and ship within 1–3 business days. If a product is on backorder or made-to-order, that will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely! We offer free local pickup from our store. Just select “Local Pickup” during checkout, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. We offer hassle-free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please visit our Returns page for full details.
